A romantic dinner is an event to be prepared for so that no everyday things do not distract you from each other, and delicious food shadows the feeling. We have prepared recipes for you for an entire romantic dinner, which will surely please your other half with single dating!
Meal 1: Tomato salad with cheese
- Feta cheese - 300 g
- Tomatoes (not very ripe) - 5 pcs.
- Sunflower seeds - 1/2 tbsp.
- Sesame oil - 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil
Rinse Tomatoes and cut into cubes, cut feta into the same cubes and lay out the products in the salad bowl.
We puncture the seeds in the oven, cut the greens thoroughly and add sesame and vegetable oil to tomatoes and cheese. Sprinkle with seeds
We recommend cooking the salad right before a romantic dinner for it to be fresh
Meal 2: Trout with champagne
- Pink trout (fresh) - 1.5 kg
- Butter (cold) - 200 g
- Champagne - 1 bottle
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - ¼ tbsp
- Egg yolk (fresh) - 4 pcs.
- Thyme - 3-5 sprigs
- Parsley Green
- Ground white pepper
Clean, wash the trout and dry a little, then sprinkle (not forgetting about the inner part) with salt and spices. Wash the parsley and separate the leaves
Spray the special baking pan with oil, sprinkle the bottom of it with the greens, spread the trout top with melted butter (about 3 tablespoons). Heat the oven to 175 C and bake a fish
After five minutes add 1/8 liters of champagne to the trout and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes. To make the fish not dry, occasionally pour a fish broth into the baking form
While the trout is being cooked, prepare the sauce: melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, heat and add flour, fry constantly stirring for 1-2 minutes at low heat. Then pour 1/4 liters of champagne into it and leave on the fire for another 10 minutes
When the trout are being prepared, drain the fish broth from the form and add it to the sauce. Boil the mixture and let it slightly evaporate (it has to decrease in size for about 4 tablespoons). Mix egg yolks, sour cream, vinegar and 2-3 tablespoons of champagne and add to the sauce. Cut the butter into pieces 50-70 g in size, and preheat the sauce on low heat, then add small doses of the mixture to the sauce, mixing it with crochet until it transforms into a thick creamy mixture. At the very end add salt to the sauce
Remove the skin from the ready fish, put it onto a dish and add sauce
Meal 3: Pistachios dessert
- Pistachios - 100 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Milk - 3 tbsp.
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Sugar powder - 2 tbsp.
- Chocolate - 50 g
Pistachios are finely cut. Out some of the nuts aside, leaving them for decoration. Beat the sour cream with sugar powder and mix with pistachios (whipped cream is a classic ingredient of any dessert for a romantic dinner at home)
Add cold boiled water to gelatin (in proportions 6 to 1). After it has swallowed, dissolve it in a water bath, cool to room temperature and add to cream with nuts
Dessert is put onto a vase bowl and placed in the freezer for 2 hours. Decorate a ready-made dessert with melted chocolate and more nuts
