I am a certified holistic health counselor offering one-on-one, bio-individual programs, as well as group programs and clinics specializing in nutrition for athletes and overall physical performance.
I received my training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied all of the major dietary theories. This allows me to help my clients explore different ways of eating, and discover what works best for them. I am a firm believer that there is no one diet that works for everyone; we all have to find what works best for our own bodies, and move forward from there.
This doesn’t mean eating bland or boring “health foods”, and does not require hours of preparation or expensive specialty food items. It is my goal to show you that a healthy diet can be flexible, affordable, and exciting.
I do not advocate dieting, nor do I dwell on fat, calories, carbs, and protein. I do not label foods as “bad” or “restricted”. I encourage my clients to be flexible, to try new things, and to do what makes them feel their best.

You will gain a deeper understanding of how your body works, and become more aware of how small changes can have a great impact on all aspects of your life.
