A huge part of a healthy lifestyle comes through nutrition. I eat a whole foods, plant-based diet, free of processed ingredients, meat, dairy, and other animal products, but full of flavor. Here, you’ll find healthy and delicious vegan recipes to suit any palate or occasion!
You must know that I have an absolute nightmare of a time trying to follow a recipe to a “T”. As such, most of the recipes you find here will be quite flexible. In fact, they are more like guidelines. Wherever you feel so inclined, I encourage you to add your own touches. I’m sure it will turn out wonderfully.
I live with my fiance (and resident taste-tester), Justin, and our lovely cat, Effy. When I’m not whipping something up in the kitchen, I can quite reliably be found on my yoga mat (usually upside down), climbing at my local climbing gym (or outside, when the weather cooperates), or chasing Effy, and sometimes Justin, around our apartment.
